Liked absolutely fabulous views.
The location was lovely and beautiful - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was reasonably priced and reasonably spacious, with two comfortable armchairs and a coffee table.

Nice pool, parking on-site. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the twin room, plus a mini-fridge-bar, an air conditioning, and a personal safe. Beautiful location next to the Riu Olot in January, the surrounding mountains and the outskirts of the town.
Tired bathroom.

The beds were good. the room had two comfortable armchairs and a coffee table. - the breakfast had a wide range of delicious food. - the hotel is excellently located near the outskirts of Olot and close to hiking trails in the volcanoes.

It was in the perfect location for us, since we were traveling throughout the mountains. I would have liked to stay another day to do some more hiking and see a few more sites. It was very quiet and the hotel staff was very helpful.

The location was lovely with a great view.
Cannot understand how this is a 4* hotel. There was no bar, no kettle in the room and, despite numerous attempts, we were never able to get any boiling water to make a cup of tea. The hot water they considered "boiling" was only lukewarm and one could easily put a hand in it with no fear of scalding!! Such a simple thing - we were shocked they could not find a solution. The beds are far too soft and the decor dated.

It was immaculately clean place, stuff where excellent, and I appreciated my delightful room. The property's location was excellent and beautiful, to hikes in the volcanoes. It was also right by the centre, the outskirts of Olot and the surrounding mountains. The room on the other level.

Location is good and it is quiet.
Breakfast was supposed to be ready from 7 o'clock onwards, but the bread arrived at 7.15, so I left without breakfast.
